Capital Flag .

Capital Flag Football is an independent, travel flag football program based in Burke, VA. We compete in local, regional and national tournaments, including the NFL Flag Football National Championships. We play some of the most talented players, teams and coaches across the nation. 

Our players and coaches have competed in the last three NFL Flag Football National Championships, and we plan to continue that streak into 2025.
